Okay, that was the best Seafood Tom Yum in my life! Everything is fresh and well done. The place is very clean, make sure you make a picture of the dragons! As usual, I had Vietmanese coffee - coffee with condensed milk that drips right at your table. Yum yum

We came from far away and carefully looked through many places on Google Maps before deciding to try Pho Le. It was such a pleasant surprise — the restaurant has a warm atmosphere, and the staff are polite and friendly. When they realized what language we spoke, they immediately switched to accommodate us. The service was quick, and the food was delicious, especially the three-color dessert! Thank you, Pho Le!

Nice little Pho place. Soup base is authentic and tasty. Noodle’s texture is great and the beef ball too. The beef slice can be a bit more fatty. But overall it’s a great dining experience. Will return.

We had the soft shell crab vermicelli and stone bowl beef noodle soup. Both are fantastic. Food is on a more of salty side but nevertheless extremely flavourful. The stone bowl noodle soup was EXTRMELY fragrance of beef and was able to stay hot throughout the 20 min of the meal

Stopped by Pho Le and ordered the Bun Bo Hue along with a Green Thai Iced Tea, and both were incredible. The Bun Bo Hue had the perfect balance of spice and richness-super flavorful broth, tender meat, and fresh toppings that made every bite hit. The Green Thai Iced Tea was refreshing and unique, with a smooth sweetness that paired perfectly with the meal.

This is one of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant I have been to in a long time. I have chosen combo set with their signature beef noodle soup with rare beef, brisket and beef balls along with fresh pho le house rolls with shrimp. The beef noodle soup just have the right amount of beef flavours without any hint of MSG. I usually will feel extremely thirsty after I eat food with MSG, but I don't feel that at all. The appetizer plater just looks like the picture and equally as tasty and fresh. The deep fried wonton and spring roll were so good that it is crispy and not greasy at all. The papaya and mango salad was just a surprise with a balance taste of the sweet and sour. The crunchiness indicate the mango and papaya were really fresh. The platter was just delicious overall. It was kind of the same price range as any other Vietnamese restaurants that I have been to.

This was my go-to pho spot when I used to work nearby. I love their pho + side combo that is just the right portion size for myself. Their broth is always so flavourful and aromatic. Their wings are absolutely the best I’ve ever at pho places, just the right amount of sweet and savoury. Thai milk tea wasn’t too sweet, a great way to top off the meal. Definitely recommend!
